CX Awards

The CX Awards is a formal alumni recognition platform instituted by the School of Business and Management, celebrating the exceptional journeys of CHRIST University MBA alumni who continue to create impact across industries, geographies, and communities.

For over two decades, the MBA programme at CHRIST University has shaped more than 15,000 professionals who today lead organizations, build enterprises, drive transformation, and contribute meaningfully to society. The CX Awards is an initiative by the School of Business and Management to acknowledge these journeys- to honour alumni who have not only excelled in their fields, but have also carried forward the Christite spirit with pride and purpose.

This inaugural edition of the CX Awards brings together alumni, faculty, and families for a gala evening of recognition- celebrating professional excellence, leadership, innovation, and long-standing contribution to the institution.

The CX Awards is a celebration of the many paths our alumni have taken- honouring achievements, fostering reconnection with the CHRIST community, and strengthening a legacy that continues to inspire future generations. This platform is Christ University’s way of saying thank you for making us proud.

CMO of the Year

This award recognizes alumni who lead marketing at the highest level and have built powerful brands, markets, and narratives through strategic excellence. It honours marketing leaders who combine creativity with commercial impact and have shaped organizational growth through influence and visibility.

CFO of the year

This award honours finance leaders who have demonstrated strategic financial stewardship and long-term organizational impact. It recognizes alumni serving as CFOs or senior finance leaders who have strengthened business performance through disciplined financial leadership.
